Eating changes are already happening because of our fight anyways (or should be starting). Your body will tell you as you workout and the results will show you. You will start to crave better foods. Do small things until you see your doctor. Take walks. Do different types of stretching. I will post some images of good stretches to try and see how they feel. See if your local community offers water classes of any kind. Guys you can do these too. The most important thing is to keep going and always move. Never let this get the best of you.
